At Subhlaxmi Medical, we value your trust and aim to provide you with safe, genuine, and satisfactory healthcare products. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for orders placed through our platform.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
• You received a wrong product
• Product delivered is damaged or defective
• Product delivered is expired
• Product is missing from the package

Refunds are not applicable for medicines that do not fall under the above conditions, due to safety and handling regulations.

2. Non-Refundable Items

As per government rules for pharmaceutical products, refunds are not allowed for:
• Opened or used medicine strips/bottles
• Temperature-controlled medicines
• Vaccines and injectables
• Hygiene & personal care items
• Medicine returned without valid reason or past the return window

3. Refund Request Time Limit

You must raise a refund request within:
48 hours of delivery for damaged, expired, or wrong product

Requests submitted after the allowed time may not be accepted.

4. Verification Process

To verify your claim, our team may request:
• Product images
• Packaging images
• Invoice photo
• Short description of the issue

Refunds are processed only after successful verification.

5. Refund Method

Once approved, refunds are issued via:
• Original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
• Store wallet/credit for quick refunds (if opted)

Refund time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

6. Return Pickup (If Required)

In some cases, the damaged or wrong product may need to be returned. If so:
• Pickup will be arranged by our delivery partner
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Pickup must be completed before refund processing

7. Cancellation Refunds

Cancellation refunds are allowed only if:
• The order is cancelled before dispatch
• Prepaid orders will be refunded in full
• COD orders do not involve refund unless paid in advance

8. Important Notes

• Refunds may be rejected if fraud or misuse is detected • Subhlaxmi Medical reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds • Refund policies may change as per government regulations
